The Five Most Common Arguments You'll Have On Your Family Road Trip This Holiday Season:

A new survey found that most families KNOW they're going to have road trip fights . . . and more than a quarter of them start arguing within an HOUR of getting in the car.

Here are the top five most common things people fight about on family road trips:

#1.)  Backseat driving and/or the driver's driving style.

#2.)  Children arguing.

#3.)  What to listen to.

#4.)  Which way to go.

#5.)  Kids asking "Are we there yet?"

A Woman is Busted For Insurance Fraud When She's Spotted Using Her Busted Ankle . . . To Perform an Athletic Sexual Move:

Back in February of 2009, 29-year-old Modupe Adunni Martin of Hayward, California was working as a custodian at a high school.  And she told the school she injured her ankle on the job and couldn't work.

Insurance investigators were suspicious, and monitored her to see if she really DID have a busted ankle.  And they definitely got the answer.

In the summer of 2009, they watched Modupe throw her crutches into the backseat of her car after a doctor's appointment, change into HIGH HEELS, and meet her boyfriend at a public park to have OUTDOOR SEX.

And they say that DURING the sex, Modupe performed an ATHLETIC SEX MOVE that she couldn't have done with a busted ankle.

They didn't say what that move was, but anything that involves ankle strength is pretty hardcore.  We're almost embarrassed we can't figure out immediately what the move was.  Maybe balancing on her bad leg and lifting the other one high?

Anyway, she was arrested for insurance fraud.  Last Thursday, she was sentenced to nine months in jail, three years of probation, and $79,000 in restitution.

A Woman is Mad Her Husband is Going to Paris Without Her On a Business Trip . . . So She Calls Delta With a Fake Bomb Threat:

On Saturday, 58-year-old Okieze Ukaegbu of Union, New Jersey was headed to his home country, Nigeria, on business.  But he was flying there through Paris.  And his wife, 50-year-old Eunice Ukaegbu, was MAD he was going without her.

So they got in a fight.  But he left for the airport before they resolved anything.

So she did the perfectly rational thing:  She called Delta Air Lines to report that her husband was CARRYING A BOMB.  He wasn't, of course.

Their daughter overheard the call, and called her dad to let him know the cops were headed to the airport to arrest him.

They went through all the usual bomb threat procedures:  He was detained, dogs sniffed the luggage and the plane, and eventually the flight was cleared for takeoff.

Now Eunice will be facing charges for false reporting.

A Cop Pulled Over a Guy Who Couldn't Afford to Update His Car Registration . . . So the Cop Gave Him $100:

25-year-old Hayden Carlo of Plano, Texas got pulled over by a police officer recently for having an expired registration.

The guy told the officer he didn't have an excuse . . . he just couldn't afford it.  He said, quote, "It was either feed my kids or get the registration done."

The cop gave him a ticket . . . but when Hayden unfolded it, there was a $100 bill inside . . . so he could register both his car and also his wife's.

The police officer wanted to remain anonymous . . . but the department knows who he is and plans to honor him.
