Will the Rolling Stones appear at the upcoming 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert at MSG? Maybe - but they have a full-blown dress rehearsal on the 12th or the 13th because their Pay Per View special is on the 15th.  So - yeah, there have been conversations with Mick and Keith.   Remeber 11 years ago, they came out for The Concert For New York City and played on their
own.  If they can get the schedule issue worked out...we'll see the Stones.

Metallica will release a new live DVD called Quebec Magnetic on December 10th, which was filmed in Quebec City in October 2009 on the Death Magnetic tour. Quebec Magnetic will also be the first project that Metallica releases on its own, instead of going through a record label or video distributor. Guitarist Kirk Hammett told Billboard.com, "We felt like we're really doing a disservice just sitting on this great live footage, so we decided to put it out."
