I'm originally from Western New York.  Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse. 

We have a TON of amazing food.  Think about it...gotta stay fat to keep warm during winter and all that snow.

We have this delicious item called a "Garbage Plate."  It's basically potato like objects, and some sort of pasta salad or bean with meat and fixins' on top.  And after I cover it with Ketchup, it looks like this:

Best drunk food ever.  And dare I say...even delicious sober. 

Ever since I moved from home, I crave a Garbage Plate here and  there...and now I'm finding places that HAVE THEM!

Check out Roc City Diner.  They have a ton of Western New York specialties.  I am so hungry just thinking about going there!
